Box 607, Fort Pierce, FL 33454, hereinafter called the Grantee, WITNBSSBTH That the Grantor, for and inconsideration fo the sum of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is ~ereby acknow- ~ ~ lec3ged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the Grantee, its ? s successors, and assigns the following-described lands in St. Lucie '~y County, Florida, to-wi~: I Lot 12, Block 6, a replat of Lots 2 through 19 of Block 6, AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT 1, according to the plat thereaf, as recorcled in Plat Book 20, Page 3, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. To have and to hold the same, together with all the singular appurtenances, subject, however, to L-he following conditians, reserva- tions, and restrictions: 1. The protective covenants as recorded in the official records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in O.R. Book 49, at Pages 426 ~0 430, and the amendments to such covenants as recorde~d in O.R. Book 167, at Pages 1465 and 1466, O.R. Book 168, at Page 1986, O.R. Book 198, at Page 1809, O.R. Book 211, at Pages 705 and 706, and O.R. Book 226, at Page 2283. 2. The Grantor reserves for itself, its successors, and assxgns, for the use and benefit of the public, a right of flight for passage of aircraft in the airspace above the surface of said lands, together with the right to cause in said airspace such noise as may be inherent in the operation of the aircraf t now known or herea£ter used for naviga- tion of or flight in the air, using said airspace for landing at, tak- ing off from, or operating on the St. Lucie County International Air- port. 3.
