Administration.
4. The Grantee expressly agrees for itself, its successors, and
assigns to prevent any use of the above-described lands that shall
interfere with or adversely affect operation or maintenance of the St.
Lucie County Interttational Airport.
5. TY~e Grantee expressly agrees for itself, its successors, and
assigns that if a building containing at least 5,800 square feet gross
floor area is not completed and o~cupied by it within one (1> year from
this date, it will reconvey said property to the Grantor upon the
Grantor refunding the purchase price.
