Uniform Covenent 16 of the Security Inetrument is amended to read as followa:
16. Transfer of the Property or a Beneftcial Interest ln Borrower. If all or any part of the Pmperty or any
interest in it is sold or tranafened (or if a beneficiel interest in Borrower ia sold or tranaferred and Borrower is not a
natural person) without Lender's prior written consent, I.ender may, at its aption, require immediate payment in fuU of
all suma secured by this Security Instrumen~ However~ this option ahall not be exercised by Lender if exercise ie pro-
hibited by federal law ea of the date of this Security Inatrument.
If Lender eiercises thia option, Lender shall give Borrower notice of acceleration. The notice ahell provide a period
of not leas then 30 days from the date the notice ia delivered or mailed within which Borrower muat pay all sume aecwed
by this Security Instrument If Borrower fails to pay theae sums prior to the expiration of this period~ I.ender may
invoke any remediea permitted by this Security Instrument without further notice or demand on ~orrower.
