COMES NOW, Wife, SUZANNE JENKINS, by and through her

undersigned attorneys, and hereby moves this Court for entry ~
of an Order authorizing her to amend the Final Judgment of
Dissolution of Marriage and in support thereof would show unto
the Court the following:
~ 1. A Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage was entered
herein on the 18th day of November, 1986, in the above-styled
' case .
2. Through inadvertance or mistake, the Central ~

jGovernmental Depository was listed in the Final Judgment to be
in Indian River County, Florida. It should have been listed as

,~Saint Lucie County, Florida.

~ 3. That the amended order being submitted simultaneously

{jherewith would in no way prejudice the former Husband.

i; WHEREFORE, former Wife respectfully request the FinaZ E ~
