WALSH, 8usband, and DONNA GAY WALSH, Wife. / O E ON HUS~ ' S MOTION EQR T~~j O~RELIEF TYae Motion of the Husband was heard before the Court on January 13, 1987, and the Court having reviewed the Court file and the pleadings filed by the parties in this supplemental ~ proceeding, and having heard argument of counsel, it is thereupon, ~ E ORDERED AND ADJUDGED~ as follows: 1. The Motion of the Husband be, and it is hereby, denied. 2. Pending this action, the provisions for the visitation rights of the Husband shall be as follows: (a) The Husbanc3 shall hav~ rights of visitation at his residence on alternate weekends, from 6:00 P.M. on Friday to 6:U0 P.M. on the following Sunday, commencing on Friday, January 16, 1987. ' (b) The Husband shall promptly receive the children ~ for visitation at the residence of the Wife in RockledgQ, Florida, for the commencement of each visitation, and the Wife shall promptly receive said children from vi~itation ~ at the Husbanc7's residence in Fort Pierce, Florida, at the ' conclusion of each visitation. 3.
