4. Pending this action, neither the Husband nor the Wife

5. Pending this action, there shall be frequent and open ~
communication between the Husband and the Wife as to the minor ~

children, their health, school performance and other matters {

relating to the welfare of said children. ~
6. The Husband shall promptly release to the Wife medical ~

and immunization records as to the minor children. `
7. The Wif e shall promptly reconnect telepi~one service
at her residence, and may obtain an unpublished telephone number,
so long as she promptly provides said telephone number to the
Husband so that he may have telephone communication with the
~
~
minor children at reasonable times.
