PRIMARY PHYSICAL RESIDENCE. The Wife shall have ~ ~ the temporary primary physical residence of the child of the ` parties, CHAD COPLIN, age five years. Parental responsibilit_y for the child shall be shared by the parties, who shall confer on i major decisions affecting the welfare of the child. CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing on the 16th day of j 6 January, I987, the Husband, EDWARD J. COPLZN, shall pay as and j for temporary child support, the sum of $45.00 per week.
