TEMPORARY ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on the Wife's ~
Motion for Temporary Relief and the parties having stipulated to ;
the following terms, and tY:e Court being otherwise full_y and well
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. PRIMARY PHYSICAL RESIDENCE. The Wife shall have

the temporary primary physical residence of the child of the `
parties, CHAD COPLIN, age five years. Parental responsibilit_y
for the child shall be shared by the parties, who shall confer on
i
major decisions affecting the welfare of the child. Each parCy ;
t
shall refrain ~rom taking an_y action or committing any omission ~
~
f
which sha21 be detrimental to the child's relationship with the i
i
other party. The parties shall make every effort to maintain an
;
easy access and an open line of communication between the child `
f
and both parties.
~ The Husband shall have reasonable rights of ~
; i;
visitation with ~he child.

2. CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing on the 16th day of j

January, I987, the Husband, EDWARD J. COPLZN, shall pay as and j
for temporary child support, the sum of $45.00 per week. In
addition, each such payment shall be accompanied by $1,00 as and
~ for statutory fees.

' Each payment shall be paid throu~h the Central

Governmental Depository and by it remitted promptly to the Wife.

~ Each o£ the parties is ordered to keep the Clerk of
! this Court advised of Cheir mailing and residence addresses at
