Payments received by the Clerk of this Cowrt shall be disb~sed pursuatlt to ~he child support order in force and effect in this case. 8. Any en~ployer which ceases to employ or pay the obligor, shall notify the Depart~nent of Health and Reh~bilitative Services and sl~all also provide the obligor's last knawn address and the home and address of o~iigors new employer, if lmawn. Failure to provide such inforn~ation nnay sub~ect the enployer to the civil p~nalties set forth in Paragraph 9 below. 9. It is unlawful for an emQloyer to discharge, refuse to enploy, or • take disciplinary actf~on against an esnployee because of an Incane Dec~uction Order. If su~ch action is taken, the e~loyer may be sub~ect to a civil penalty not to exceed $250.00 for the first violatian and $500.00 for each subsequent violation. Additianally, the employer may be cc~mpelled by a court of coaQet~nt ~urisdictian to rehire the e~rployee and pay that enployee all back wages and benefits lost, plu~ reaso~zable attorney fees and caurt costs, 10. If the e~loyer fails to deduct and pay the anmimt ordered by this court for child support payments~ it may be liable for the anrnmt that shauld hacve been deducted and paid, plus reasc~nable attorney fees, caurt costs and interest. 11. If an e~layer receives Income Deductivn Orders ~or two or crore enplayees requirix~g that paym~nts be made to th~e Clerk of the Circuit Court of the same caunty, the emplayer tnay canbine the payments in a single check plus a praper accamting of the ama.mts attributabZe to each employee. In the ever~t more than or~e Incame Deductian Order is received for an obligor, ya~ shall cantaet the aourt for further instructians. 12. Ttie er~ployer may collect aver and abwe the su~port deductian, t~ to $5.00 for administrative costs for the first incame deductian paymezit for an emplayee and $1.00 for each subsequent incane deductian payment. 13. The emQloyer•shall begin making deduction no later than faurteen (14) days after receipt of this notice. Each pay[rent shall be forwarded to the Central Gwexianental Depository withfn tw~ (2) days of obligors payday. 14. This order has prioriLy over all other legal processes tmder state law. Payment required by this order is a camplete defense against any clai~ of the obligee or hi5/her creditors as to the stm paid. = 15.
