Deed (tha "Dead") acknowledqes and agreee that this conveyance is
subject in every aepect to tha provieions set forth in the Deed,
the Prospectue and all exhibi~s tharato, the Dacl~ration of.
Condominium, and all exhibits thereto, the Decl~ration of -
Covenants and Restrictione o! HARBOUR ~tiDG$ ancl all sxhibits
thereto, as same may now or hereafter be amended. Grante~
acknowledges raceipt and examination of the aforesaic~ documents
and acknowledqes that each and every provision thereoP ie
eesential to ~he succesaful operation and management of the
Condominium, and is in the interast and for tha benetit of all of -
the Unit Ownere of the Condominium. Grantee covennnts and agrees
to nbide by each and every provision of the aforeeaid Declaration ~
of Condominium and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, as
the same may be lawfully amended from time to time, and the
exhibits attached theretot including, but not limited to, the
obligation to make payment of asses~ments for the mafntenance and
operation of the Condominiwa, which may be levied aqainet tY~e
Unit, as eet forth in the Declaration of Condominium, and the
obliqation to make payment of assessment~ tor the maintenance and
operation of the Common Proper~y and Master Association Property
in Harbour Ridqe (se eame are defined in the Declaration of
