Beginning at a point in the NorCherly extention of the West line of Lot 18,
Block 4, Plat No. 1, BEAU RIVAGE. according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 11, Page 24, Public Recorda of St. Lucie County, Florida, at
a distance of 300 feet, North, measured along said Northerly extension,
from tha Northw~st corner of said Lot 18; (Note: for the purpos~ ~f this
! des:.ription, the Westerly liae of said Lot 18 is assumed to bear North and
South, and all other bearings used herein are related thereto) Thence North
along the same course, a distance of 100 feet; thence East at right angles
