DECLARATION OF TRUST
.IOSEPH PINEDA and CORA PINEDA, hereinafter calle~
the °Trustors,' and sometimes referred to as "Husband' and _
'Wife," have transferred a~d delivered to themselves as
Co-Trustees, without consideration, all of their interest in
the following attached schedules; Schedule CP being the
community property of the Husband and Wife; Schedule N beiny
the separate property of the Husband; and Schedule W being ,
the separate property of the Wife.
ARTICLE I
NAME AND CHARACTER OF TRUST ESTATE
A. Name of Trust. This trust shall be known as the
PYNEDA FAMILY TRUST and assets transferred into the trust
may be registered in the following name: `JOSEPH PIN~:DA ana
CORA INEDA, as Co-Trustees under Declaration of Trust dated

e. Trust Estate. All property sub~ect to this
; instrument is referred to as the •trust estate' and shall be
held, administered, and distributed in accurdance with this
~ instrument. All community property transferred to the trust
shall remain community property after its transfer, and any
separate property transferred to~the trust shall remain the
separate property of the Trustor making such transfer. It
is the Trustors' intention that the Trustee shall have no
more extensive power ov~r any community property transferred _
to the trusk estate than either of the Trustors would have
had under California Civil Code Sections 5125 and 5127 t~ad
this trust not been created, and this instrument shall be so
interpreted to achieve this intention. This limitation -
shall terminate on the death of either Trustor.
ARTICLE II
REVOCATION AND AMENDMENT PROVISIONS
A. Revocation During Trustors` Joint Lifetimes.
During the joint lifetimes of the Trustors, this ttust may
be revoked in-whole or in part with tespect to community
property by an i~strument in wciting signea try either ~
Trustor and delivered to the Trustee anci the other Trustur, i
and with respect to separate property by an instrument in
wrfting signed by the Trustor who contributed that ~Sroperty
to the trust, delivered to the Trustee. On revocation, tt~e
