designated portion of the community pro~erty trust assets,
which shall continue to be the community property of the
Trustors and which shall be held and administereu as
community property. On revocation with respect to separate
property, the Trustee shall deliver to the contributing
Trustor all or the designated portion ot that property. It
this instrument is revoked with respect to all or a major
portion of the assets subject to the instrument, the Trustee
shall be entitled to retain sufficient assets reasonably to
secure payment of liabilities lawYully incurred i,y tlie
Trustee in the administration of the trust, incluciing the
~ Trustee's fees that have been earned, unless the Trustors
shall indemnify the Trustee against loss or expense.
B. Amendment During Trustors' Joint Lifetimes. Tlie -
Trustors may at any time during their joint litetiraes an?end
any of the terms of this ~.nstrument by an instrua~ent in
writing signed by both Trustors and delivered to the Trustee.

bilities of the Trustee or change the Trustee's compensation
wit~nut thp Trustee's consent, nor shall the Ttustee ~e
'I obligated to act under such an amendment unless the Trustee
accepts it. If a Tcustee is removed, the Zrustors st,all ~ay
to the Trustee any sums due and shall inden?niiy the Trustee
against liability lawfully incurred by the Trustee in the
administration of the trusts.

the death of the deceased spouse, the surviving spouse shall
continue to have the power to amend, revoke, or terminate
~ the entire trust. On the death of the surviviny spouse, tt,e
trust may not be amended or revvked.
, D. Powers of Revocation and Amendment Petsonal to -
Trustars. T e powers of t e Trustors to revoke or amend this
instrument are personal to them and shall not be exercisable
in their behalf by any guardian, conservator, or other per-
son, except that revocation or amendment inay be autt,orized,
after notice to the Trustee, by the court tt~at appointed tt~e
guardian or conservator. .

A. Distribution During Joint Lifetimes.
1. Pa ment of Income. During the joint lifetimes
