Net income from separate property shall be paid to, or applied for, the benefit of the Trustor who contributed such property. 2. Invasion of Principal. If the Trustee cor~- siders the net income insufficient, the Trustee shall pay ta the Trustors or apply for their ~~:~~fit, as much of the principal of the cor~munity property trust estate as is necessary i~ the Trustee's discretion to provide for the Trustors' proper health, support, maintenance, comtort, and welfare, in accordance with their accustomed manner of living at the date of this instrument. Similarly, if the ~ Trustee considers the net income of the separate property insufficient, it shall pay to or apply for the k~enefit of the Trustor whose separate property was transferred to the trust, as much of the principal of that Trustor's separate estate as is necessary in the Trustee's discretion for the pro~,er health, support, maintenance, comfort and welfare ot that I Trustor in accordance with his accustomed manner of liviny at the date of this instrument. The Trustee st,all exercise in a liberal manner the power to invade princi~,al contained in this paragraph, and the rights of the remaindermen in tt~e trust shall be considered of secondary importance. 3. Withdrawal of Princi al. At the written request of Trustors, t e Trustee shal~ pay to the Trustors so much of the principal of the community property estate as shall be requested. At the written request of the Trustor who transferred the separate estate to the trust, the Trustee shall pay to him or her so much of the principal of the ~ separate property contributed by such Trustor as he or she shall request. 4. Payment to Others. The Trustors may. at any ~ time dfrect the Trustee in writing to pay single sums or " periodic payments out of the community property in the trust estate to any other person or organization. The Trustor who has contributed separate property may direct the Trustee in writing to pay single sums or periodic payments out of that separate property to any other person or organization. B. Deceased S ouse's Ex enses. On the death ot the deceased spouse, t e Trustee in t e Trustee's discretion may pay out of the trust estate, unsecured debts of the deceased spouse, the estate and death taxes, including interest and penalties arising because of the deceased spouse's aeath, the last illness and funeral expenses of tt~e deceased spouse, attorney fees, and other costs incurred in adrninistering the deceased spouse's probate estate.
