Failure to Exercise Power of A ointment. On the death of t e surviv~ng spouse, i an to t e extent the surviving spouse shall not have effectively disposed of all property of the trust estate through a valid and effective exercise of a power of appointment, and after making any pay- ments of expenses of the surviving spouse as provided above, all of the remaining assets of the trust estate shall be held, administered and distributed as hereinafter provicied. D. Distribution of Trust on Survivin S ouse's Death. On the surviving spouse ~ eat , an after ma iny any ~ payme~ts as provided for above, the Trustee shall hold, administer and distribute the balance of the trust estate ~s follows: 1. Distribution of Personal Pro ert . Upan the sur.viving spouse s eat , if t e trust estate consists in ; part of jewelry, clothing, household furniture and furnish- ~ ings, personal automobi~es, paintings, books and other ' tangible articles of a personal nature, all such items shall then be distributed to the Trustors' then living issue on the principle of representation. 2. Allocation of Balance of Trust, After making any distribution prov e or a ove, t e Trustee shall divide the balance of the trust estate into equal shares, one for each then living child of the Trustors, and one, • allocated on the principle of repres~ntation, for each group composed of the th~n living issue of a deceased child of the Trustors. Each such share or part of a share shall be distributed outright and free of trust to each such issue, subject to paragraph E below. E.
