Power to Borrow. To borrow money, and to encumber trust property by mortgage, deed of trust, pledge, or otherwise. 11. Power to Operate Business. To continue or participate in any business or other enterprise at the risk of the trust estate and tu affect incorporation, dissolution or other change in the form of organization ot the business or enterprise. 12. Power to Bud et. To budget the estimated annual fnc~me an~ expenses o the trusts in such manner as to equalize, as far as practicable, income payments to beneficiaries. - 13. Power ta Commence or Def end Litigation and to Compromiae. To commence or defend, at the expense of the trust, such litigation with respect to the trust or any prop- erty of the trust estate as the Trustee may deem advisable, and to compromise or otherwiae adjust any claims or litiga- tion against or in favor of the trust. 14. Power to Insure. To carry insurance of such kinds ~and in such amounts as the Trustee deems advisable at the expense of the trust, to protect the trust estate and the Trustee personally against any hazarcl. 15. Power to f~ithhold Pa ment if Conflictin Claims Arise.
