ficiary or group of beneficiaries over others.
10. Power to Borrow. To borrow money, and to
encumber trust property by mortgage, deed of trust, pledge,
or otherwise.
11. Power to Operate Business. To continue or
participate in any business or other enterprise at the risk
of the trust estate and tu affect incorporation, dissolution
or other change in the form of organization ot the business
or enterprise.
12. Power to Bud et. To budget the estimated
annual fnc~me an~
expenses o the trusts in such manner as
to equalize, as far as practicable, income payments to
beneficiaries.
- 13. Power ta Commence or Def end Litigation and to
Compromiae. To commence or defend, at the expense of the
trust, such litigation with respect to the trust or any prop-
erty of the trust estate as the Trustee may deem advisable,
and to compromise or otherwiae adjust any claims or litiga-
tion against or in favor of the trust.
14. Power to Insure. To carry insurance of such
kinds ~and in such amounts as the Trustee deems advisable at
the expense of the trust, to protect the trust estate and
the Trustee personally against any hazarcl.
15. Power to f~ithhold Pa ment if Conflictin
Claims Arise. To wit hold from distr bution, in the
; Trustee s discretion, at the time for distribution of any
j property in this trust, without the payment o~ interest, all ~
~ or any part of the property, as long as the Trustee shall '
i determine in the Trustee's discretion that such property may
~ be subject to conflicting claims, to tax deficiencies, or to
~ liabili'ties, contingent or otherafse, properly incurred in
I the administration of the estate.
~ 16. Broad Powers of Dfstributfon. To partition,
; allot, and distr u e t e trust estate, on any dfvi$ion or
~ partial or final~di$tribution of the trust estate, in un- .
; dfvided interests or i~ kind, or partly in money and partly
in kind, at valuatio~s determined by the Trustee, and to sell
such property as the Trustee may deem necessary to make divi-
sion or distribution. In making any division or partial or
ffnal distribution of the trust estate, the Trustee shall be
