sell to, or in any other man~er deal With Ehe trust estate,•
upon such terms and conditions or in such manner as the
Trustee shall deem reasonable in its sole discretion and in
the interests of all the trusts and the beneficiaries
thereof. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding,
the Trustee may make a~y sales or exchanges betwee~ the
trusts hereof as the Trustee shall deem desirable to avoid
the holding of fractional interests.
21. Powers Regarding Maryin Ayreements, etc, The
Trustee shall have full power to enter into a~y margin agree-
ments, including the purchase of sec:~rities, commodities, or
~ any other assets by the use of matgins and the Trustee shall
~ have full power to pledge assets of the trust estate to
secure loans of the Trustee or for loans made by the Trustor,
individually. The Trustee shall have the power to buy or
write options and enter into short sales.
22. Power to Emplay Agents. To employ and/or
appoint such agent or agents as the Trustee deems necessary
. in the administration of this trust; to execute such forms
~ of power of attorney, whether general or special, as the
Trustee deems advfsable; and to grant to any such attorney-
in-fact such powers and authority to act on behalf of the
Trustee as the Trustee deems appropriate, including but not
li:~ited to the exercise of all powers referred to in this
~ Article. Any acts or transactions effected by such agent
~ and/or attorney-in-fact shall be bi.nding or, the trust estate
- and may be relied on by third parties dealing with the
r Trustee.
~ 23. Depreciation Reserve. To provide a rea-
~ -
sonable reserve for depreciation of all income-producing
~ depreciable real and personal property and for capital
~ improvements and extraordinary repairs of income-producing
property. .
# 24. De letion Reserve. To provide a reasonable
reserve for dep et on of a depletable natural resources,
including, but not limited to, oil, gas, mineral and timber
property.
25. Amorti2ation Yteserve. To provide.a reasun-
able reserve~for amortization of all intangible property
having a limited economic life including, but not limited
to, patents and copyrights..
26. Power to Appoint Special Trustee. The Trustee
shall have the power to appoint and remove a Special Trustee
