California Revised Uniform Pri~cipal a~d Income Act f rom time to time existing. ~?ny such matter not provided for either in this instrument or in the California Revised Uniform Principal and Income act shall be determined by the Trustee in the Trustee's discretion. C. U~distributed income Pa able to Succeeding eeneficiaries. Income accruec or unpaid on trust property when rece ved into the trust ahall be treated as a~y other income. Income accrued or held undistributed by the Trustee at the termination of any trust created herein shall go to the next beneficiaries of the trust in proportion to their interests f~ it. D. Notice to Trustee of Births, ~eaths, and Other Events Affectin Irtterests. Unless the Trustee shall have receive actua wr tten notice of the occurrence of an event affecting the beneficial fnterests of ~his trust, the Trustee , shall not be liable to any beneficiary of this trust for distribution made as though the event had not occurred. E. Clause Authorizin Additions to Trust. Other prop- erty accepta e to t e Trustee may be added to these trusts - by any person, by the Will or Codicil of either. Trustor, by the proceeda of any lffe insurance, or otherwise. ~4 F. Perpetuitiea Savings Cla~aee. Unless sooner term- ~ ~ inated in accordance with other provisions of this~instru- ~ ~ ment, all trusts cr~s~~d under thia instrument shall termi- ' nate twenty-one (21) years after the death of the last sur- ~ vivor of the Trustors and the Truators' fasue living on the ~ date of the death of the first Trustor to die. The ~rincipal ~ and undistributed income of a terminated trust shall be ~ distributed to the then income benef iciaries of that trust . in the same proportion that the beneficiaries are entitled to receive fncome when the trust terminates. If at the time of such termination the rights to income are not fixed by ~ the terms of the truet, distribution undec the clause sball be mad~, by right of repreaentation, to the persons who are entitled or authorized, in the Trustee's discretion, to receive trust payments. G. Spendthrift Clause.
