H. Choice of Law Clause. The validity of this trust
and th~ construction of its benef icial provisions shall be
governed by the laws of the State of California i~ force
from time to time. If, however, the situs or place of
administration of the trust is changed to another state, the
law of that state shall govern the administration of the
trust. .

II I. Definitions of Issue and Children. As used herein, ~
the terms 'child,• •children' and "issue• shall refer to
lineal descendants of all degrees of the Trustors anu shall ;
include adopted persons who were minors at the date of
adoption.
J. Abandonment of Property. The Trustee is authorized
to abando~ any property or interest in property belonging to
the trust when, fn the Trustee's discretion, such abandonment
is in the best interest of:the trust and its beneficiaries.
K. Gender and Number Clause. As used in this instru-
ment, the mascu ne, fem~nine, or neuter gender, and tbe
singular or plural number, shall each include the others
whenever tne aontext so indicates.
L. Severability Clause. If any provision of this trust
instrument is unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall
nevertheless be carried into effect.
~f. No-Contest Clause. In the event any beneficiary
under this trust s a , singly or in conjunction with any
other person or persons, contest in any court the validity
of this trust or of either deceased Trustor's last i~ill or
s shall seek to obtain an adjudication of any proceeding in
€ any court that this trust or any ~f its provisions or that
1 such Will or any of fts provisions are void, or seek other- .
wise to void, nullify, or set aside this trust or any of its
provisions, then the right of that person to take any
s intereat given to hfm hy this trust ~yall be determined as
~ it aould have been determined had the person predeceased the
E execution of this Declaration of Trust. The Trustee i8
~ hereby authorized to defend, a~ the expense of the trust
~ estate, any contest or other attack of any nature on this
~ trust or any of its provisions.

and the surviving Trustor shall have the right to reside in
