secured by thie Mortgage sha11 remain unpaid, Borrower ehall maintain and care
for the citrus trees and crops located or grown on the Land, such tnaintenance
and care to include cultivating, spraying, dusting, pruning, fertilizing, irrigat-
ing and protscting the trees and crops againet damage by freezing and fire, all to
be done in a good and husbgndlike manner and in accordance with the standard
methods of citrus grove caretaking generally recognized, aacepted and in use for
citrus groves located in the vicinity of the land.
16. Fruit Cro . This Mortgage encumbers the fruit crop now and hereafter.
growfng on t e trees planted on the Land. Provided the Borrower is not in de-
fault under the terms and conditions of this Mortgage or any of the other Loan
Documents, Lender agrees to subordinate its lien on the fruit crop only, from
time to time upon request of the Borrower, to permit the BorroWer to borrow funds
to care for and mai~tain the current crop then growing on the trees, and for the
sale and conveyance of said crops in the normal course of bueiness.
The covenants herein contained shall bind, and the benefits and advantages
shall inure to, the respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors,
and assigns of the parties hereto. Whenever used, the singular number shall in-
clude the plural, the plural the singular, and the use of any gender shall in-
clude all genders.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Borrower has executed these presents the day
