my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and annulling
all other Wills or Testamentary Writings by me heretofore
made.
ARTICLE I.
I desire and direct that my body be cremated and that
all my debts and funeral expenses (including the cost of a
suitable grave marker, if purchased), which my Personal
Representative may legally pay, be paid without unnecessary
delay by my Personal Representative, hereinafter named and "
appointed.
ARTICLE II.
I give and devise unto my beloved husband, LAWRENCE F.
; REED, my entire estate, real,_personal, or mixed, wherever
€ situated, of~which I may die seized or possessed, or to

~ which I may be or become in any way entitled, or have any

s interest, if he survives me. ~

€ In the event my said husband predeceases me, I give an~

~ in equal shares, if they survive me, or to their issue, per ~ ~

~ stirpes, if any of them predeceases me leaving issue then
surviving.
In the event my husband predeceases me, and in the
event any of my children predecease me without leaving issue
then surviving, then that share of my estate that would have
~ gone to the issue of such predeceased child or children, if
there had been issue then surviving, shall lapse and that
portion of my estate shaZl be distributed to the surviving
