Act. If there is none, the custodian shall be appointed by
the Personal Representative, and any party serving as
Personal Representative may be appointed as custodian.
F. To incorporate any business or venture in which I
may be engaged at the time of my death and to continue that
incorporated business throughout the period of administration.

In the event that my husband and I:should die simultaneously, ,
or under such circumstances whera there is not substantial
evidence as to'which of us died first, then and in that~
event, for the purpose of the operation of this Will, it
shall be presumed that I shall have survived my husband. .

I direct that all Iegacies and devises, all shares and ~

interest in my estate, whether principal or income, while in
the hands of my Personal Representative, or any successor,
shall not be anticipated, alienated, or in any other manner
assigned or transferred by the legatees, devisees, or beneficiaries,
and shall be free and exempt from anticipation, execution,
~ assignment, pledge, attachment, distress for rent, and other
~
~ Zega1 and equitable process which may be instituted by and
~ on behalf of any creditor or assignee of such legatee,
;
devisee, or beneficiary, or his or her spouse.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand to this
my Last Will and Testament, consisting of five (5) pages, at
the City of Leesburg, County of Lake, State of Florida, this
