19. Acceleration; Remedies. Lendcr shAll give notice to Borrowe~ prior to acceleration following Borrowe~'s
breach of any corenant or agreemeet in this Securfty Insirument (but not prlor to acceleration under pa~agraphs 13 and 17
unless Applicable law provldea othe~wise). The notice shali specify: the default; (b) the action required to cure the
detault; te) a dAt~, aot less thnn ~30 days from the dnte tbe notice is given to Borrower, by which the detault must be cured;
and (d) that t~ilure to cure the detault on o~ betore the date apecifled in the notice may result in acceleration of the sums

I.ender shall be entitted to collect Ali expe~ses incurred in pursuing the remedies prorided in tt~is paragraph 19, including,
but not limited to, ces~son~ble attorneys' fees and costs of title evidence.
20. I.ender in Possession. Upon acceleration under paragraph 19 or abandonment of the Property. Lender (by
judicially appointed receiver) shall be entitled to enter upon, take possessien of and manage the Property and to collect the
rents of the Proptrty including those past due. Any rents collected by L.ender or the receiver shall be applied first to
payment of the costs of management of the Propehy and collection of rents, including, but not limited to, receiver's fees,
premiums on receiver's bbnds and reasonable attorneys' fees. and then to the sums secured by this Security Instrument.
21. Release. Upon payment ot all sums secured by this Security Instrument, Lender shall release this Security
Instrument without cha?ge to Borrower. Borrower shall pay any recordation costs.
22. Attorneys' Fees. As used in this Security Instrument and the Note, "attorneys' fees" shall include any attorneys'
fees awarded by an appellate court.
23. Riders to this Seeurity Instrument. If one or more riders are executed by Borrower and recorded together with
this Security Instrument, the covenants and agreements of each such rider shall be incorporated into and shall amend and
supplement the covenants and agrcements of this Security Instrument as if the rider(s) were a part of this Security
