COUNTY OF SANGAMON )
WHEREAS, on the 31st day of August, 1984, C. R. McDonald Jr.
and Maurice D. Snyder executed a Mortgage upon certain land
therein described, which Mortgage is now of record in Book 442,
Page 23 as Instrument No. 671260 in the records of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in which County
the land is situated, and said C. R. N:cDonald, Jr. and Maurice D,
Snyder also executed an Assignment of Lease dated August 31, 1984
which is now of record in Book 442, Page 32 as Instrumen~ No. ~
671261 in the aforesaid records, said Mortgage and Assignment of ~
Lease being given to secure a Mortgage Note dated August 31, 1984 j
in the original principal amoun~ of Two Hundred Twenty-Five
Thousand Dollars ($225,000.00), which Mortgage Note is payable to
and owned by The Franklin Life Insurance Company; and
WHEREAS, said Mortgage No~e has been sold to C. R. McDonald,
Jr., Trustee for_ C. R. McDonald, Jr. and Maurice Snyder;
THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that in
consideration of the premises and One Dollar to it in hand paid,
The Franklin Lif e Insurance Company has granted and sold and does
hereby grant, sell, convey, and assign to the said C. R.
McDonald, Jr., Trustee, without recourse, the said Mortgage Note,
Mortgage, and Assignment of Lease, all claims of the undersigned
under said Mortgage Note, Mortgage, and Assignment of Lease, and
all right, title, and interest of the undersigned in and to said
land.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Franklin Life Insurance Company has
caused these presents to be signed by its Vice President and
Assistant Secretary, with its corporate seal affixed, this 22nd
day of December, 1986. ~
