KNOW ALL M~N BY THESE PRESENTS; That INDIAN RIVER FEDERAL CREDIT UNION,
existing under the laws of the State of Florida, referred to as "Credit Union"
under a certain AGREEMEN'f NOT 'PO ENCUMBER OR TRANSFER PROPERTY, executed by
FRANK D. Schultz and Mary Jane Schultz

to INDIAN RIVER FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, bearing date the 22 day of July ,
19 86, recorded in Official Record Book 513 ~ P8ge 1079 , in the office
of the Clerk of Circuit Court of St. Lucie, County~ Florida, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR (~1.00) and other valuable consideration to
it paid by the'said FRANK D. SCHULTZ AND MARY JANE SCHULTZ '
does hereby cancel said AGREEMENT NOT TO ENCUMBER OR TRANSFER PROPERTY and does
hereby release the following described property from said Agreement:
