Lender shall be entttled to collect all expenses incurred ia pursying the remedies p~ovided in this parAgrAph 19, including~

20. I.ende~ in Possession. Upon acceleration unde: paragraph 19 or abandonment of the Property, Lender (by
judicially appointed receiver) shatt be entitted to enter upon, take possession of and manage the Praperty and ta collecl the
rents oP the Property including those past due. Any rents colteeted by Lender or the receiver shall be applied fir~t 10
payment of the costs of management of the Property and collection of rents~ including, but not limited tu, receiver's fees,
premiums on receiver's bonds and reasonable attorneys' fees. and then to the sums secured by this Security Inxirument.
21. Release. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Security Instrument, Lender shall release this Security
Instrument without charge to $orrower. Borrower shalt pay any recordation costs. ~
22. Attorneys' Fees. As used in this Security Instrument and the Note, "attorney.s' fees" shall include any at~orneys' ;
fees awarded by an appellate court. j
23. Rjders to this Security Instrument. If one or more riders are executed by $orrower and recorded together vvith ~
this urity Instrument, the covenants and agreements of each such rider shall be incorparated into and shali amend ~nd ;
