cannot be reached as to the examining physician, the Court will
make a further rulining on this particular issue. It is further,
ORDERED that the Plaintiff shall execute appropriate
authorizations to allow the examining physician to obtain x-rays
previously taken in connection with treatment of the injuries
alleged in the Complaint.
