Defendants as may be in the military service of the United
States and entitled to the protection of the Soldiers' and
Sailors' Civil Relief Act of 1940, as amended; against any
other party or parties having or claiming to have any right,
title or interest in and to the property described in the
Complaint and Notice of Action filed in this cause.
2. The c7esignated Guardian Ad Litem, Administrator
Ad Litem, and Attorney Ad Litem shall file written defenses to
the Plaintiff's Complaint on or before f 7, 1987,
without service of process on him.
3. It shall not be necessary for the designated
Guardian Ad Litem, Administrator Ad Litem, and Attorney Ad
Litem to file an oath. The filing of an Answer or other paper
! shall constitute acceptance of this appointment and undertaking

f on his part to discharge faithfully the duties of his office.
