Harriet D. Boname for dissolution of the bonds of marriage between
herself and Respondent, Bernard A. Boname. The court, having _

considered the testimony and being otherwise fully advised in
the premises, does hereby
ORDER, ADJUDGE AND DECREE
1. That ~he bonds of r.?arriage between Harriet D.
Boname and Bernard A. Bonar.ie are dissolved a vinculo because the

~ marriage is irretrievably broken.
~ 2. That the Agreement dated May 10, 1982 entered into

( .by the parties providing for the custody and support of the minor

~.children and a division of the marita pr pe y,
as Petitioner's Exhibit No. 1, is hereby incorporated into the
j ~ final judgment and made a part thereof..

~ such other and further orders as ma be necessary concerning the
