6. The Si~riff of St. Lucie County, his deputies, the police, and
any peace officer of the State of Florida shall enforce this In~unction and
are authorized and directed to use whatever force and whatever means deemed
necessary under the circumstances t~ pnforce the pravisions of the In~unction.
7. This Irijunction for Protection shall not be interpreted so as to
prohibit the officer from making any determinations as to probable cause for
arrest for vfolations of any of the Florida Criminal Statutes; including
Warrantless Arrest, Battery on a Spouse F.S. Section 901.15(6).
8. A full hearing on this In~unction and Other Relief is hereby

(must be no later than 30 days from date) and the Respondent is notified to
be present at said hearing.
