B. SUBORDINATE LIENS. Eaoept as permitte~ by federal law. Bormwer sh~ill not allow any lien inferia to the
Security lnshument to be perfxted against trie Property wit!?out Lertd~er's prior written permission.
C. RF.NI' I.06S IN3URANCE. Bormwer shall maintain insurana against rent loss in addition to the other hazards
for which insarance is r~equirod by Unifotm Cova~an: S.
D. "BORROWLR'S RIGHT TO REINSTATE" DELE'1'LD. Uniform Covenant 18 is deletad.
E. ASSIGNMSIVT OF LEASBS. Upon Lenda's raquest~ Bomower ahall assign to Lendar all kases of the Propeny
and ap security de,posits madc in eonnoction with feases .of the Propcrty. Upo~n the assig~unent. I.ender shall 6avc th~e
right to modify, extead or temunate the eaisting leases and to exocnt~ new le~ses, in Lender's sote disccttion. As ustd in

~ F. ASSIGNMENT OF RF.l~iTS. Bocrower u~itionally assigns and transfers to Lender all the nnts and nv~ues
of the Pcoperty. Borrower authorius L.ender or I~ender's agents to ootlect the rents and neven~ea and haeby directs e~ch
tenant of the Pt+opecty to pay thc rents to Ler~a a Lender's a~ents. However. pria to L,ender's Notice to Bomowu of
Borrow~er's bresch of any eovenant or agroement in the Security Inswment, Borc~ower ahall collect ~nd reoeive all rents
and revenues of the Peoperty as wsta fa the benefit of l.ender and Bomower. 'Ihis assignment of rents constitutes aa
absolute assignment and not an assignment for additional saurity only.
• If Lender gives notic.e of breach to Boirower: (i) ail rents roceivod by Borrower shall be held by Bozmwer as wstae
for bene&t of Lender only, to be applied to the sums secuc~ed by ti~e Security Inswment; (ii) L.eisder shall b~ ajtitlod to
collect and roveive all of the rtnts of the Property; and (iii) each tensnt of the PropeRy shall pay all rtnts due and unpaid
to Lenda ~ L,ender's agent on I.enda's written demand to the ttnant.
Bocruwer has not executod any prior assignmfnt of the cr.nts and has not and will nat pexform any act that would
prevent Leader from exec~cising its rights unda this paragraph F.

application of rents shall nM c~re ar waive any default or invalidate any oiher right or remedy of I.ender. This asaign-
ment of rents of the Propecty shall terminate when the debt secured by the Security Inswment is paid in full.
G. CR05.S-DEFAULT PROVISION. Borrawer's default or breach under any note ar agramant in which L.ender has
an intecest shall be a breach under the Security Instniment and Lender may invoke any of the remedies permitted by t6e
. Security Inswment.
