Records Book 503 at Pages 2867-2997 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florlda, as amended,
together with all appurteriances tliereta, inctuding an undivided interest in the Com-
mon ~tements of said Condomtnium as set forth in the Declaration. This conveyance
is subject to the following:
1. Taxes and assessments for the year 198 ~and subsequent years.
2. Existing zoning ordinances and regulations, conditions, covenants, restrictior~s,
reservations, limitatlons and easements of record, and/or existinc zoning ordi-
nances and regulations, conditions, covenants, restrictions, reservations, limita-
tions and easements of record described in the Declaration of Condominium, if
any.
3. The Declaration of Condominium and as it may be amended by its terms, and
Exhibits attached thereto, including without limitation the Articies uf Incorpora-
tion and By-Laws of Evergreen at Pt. St. Lucie Condominium ~~sQCiation, Inc. ,
a Florida corporation nnt for profit. ~
4. The Declaratlon of Covenants and Restrictions covering South Port St. Lucie
Units Flfteen and Sixteen dated June 28, 1974 and recorded in Officiai Records
Book 229 at page 363 of the Public Recards of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
The benefits and obiigations hereunder shail inure to and be binding upon the
heirs, executors, administrators, and successors of Grantee and the Grantor warrants
title to alt the premises hereby conveyed, and wili defend ihe same against the lawfui
claims of all persons whomsoever.
- By cceptance and recordation hereof, the Grante~ specifically agrees to be
