Upon the death of the Grantor's spouse, or upon Grantor's death, if the Grantor's spouse shall have predeceased - the Grantor, the Trustee shall divide the body or corpus of the ~ Trust property and Estate into as many equal Rhares as there ~~shall be children then living, and then living issue by right of ~ ~ representation of deceased children and the Trustee shall i!+thereupon assign, transfer, convey and pay over one (1) such ~ ! +equal share to the issue by right of representation of such i~ ~ideceased child, and shall thereafter set aside one (1) such equal ~~share in a separate Tacust for each child who shall then be . i ~;living, and said Trustee shall keep a separate book account ~ l~concerning each of szid Trust Estates or allocated parts and the I~ irespective beneficiaries thereof in such manner as to show that ~;jall of such Trust Estates have been definitely allocated ~o the . ~~respective beneficiaries thereof. As to any property not capable ~ ~'of exact division comprising the Trust principal, it shall not be 1 'i jinecessary for said Trustee actually physically to divide the same _ ~~into as many parts as there may be Trusts, but an undivided part I ';Ithereof may be deemed and sha11 be duly evidenced by appropriate ~ 1~book entries to have been definitely allocated to each such ~ , _ ~ ~ ~ Trust . I (1) The Trustee shall pay to each such child the 1; ,entire net income from his or her said Trust Estate, in I reasonable installments, during the continuance of the Trust so I~ - ~ set aside for his or her use and b~nefit.
