~such Trust for such beneficiary ahall be based upon the lives of
all beneficiaries of all other Trusts hereunder whose lives shall -

be competent under said rule, and such Trust for such beneficiary

shall continue with all its other provisians until the expiration. -
of twenty-one (21) years after the death of ~he last survivor of

~~~said competent lives unless the provisions of any such Trust as
l~continued by'this Article shall direct the conveyance of any part s
