ACCOUNTINGS

The Trustee shall render, at least annually, a

~~statement of properties in the Trust and of receipts and
~
~~disbursements during the period covered to the Grantor during her
~'lifetime, if there are assets in this Trust other than
~~beneficiary designations under life insurance policies and a
i;
~;nominal amount of cash. After the death of the Grantor, the
I 1
;~Trustee shall render such statement of account at least annually
to each of the adults and otherwise legally competent
