PROHIBITION AGAINST ALIENA~ION

~;shall not be subject to any conveyance, transfer or assignment,

~jor be pledged as security for any debt of any beneficiazy thereof

'~and shall not be subject to any claim of any creditor of any such

sale, anticipation, assignment or pledge of any of the principal
or income held in any ~uch trust by such beneficf.aries or any of
them shall be null and void, and shall not be recognized by the
Trustee. It is the Grantor's intention.to place the absolute
