~ REVOCATION OR AMENDMENT BY GRANTOR

Grantor reserves the right to revoke or amend this
jAgreementi in whole or in part, at any time, upon written
~~notification to that effect, duly executed by the Grantor and
{#delivered to the Trustee; provided that the duties, responsibil-

~'ities and liability of the successor Trustee hereunder shall not

!;be increased without their written consent; provided, further,
•~}that Grantor's rights and powers under this Trust Agreement
,
~}including, but not by.way of limitation, the right and pow~r to
~ ~~modify, revoke or amend this Trust Agreement in whole or in part,

~~and the right and power to withdraw principal and income, are

~~per3onal to Grantor and shall not accrue or extend to any other
~;fperson, to any guardian appointed for her, to her estate, to her

4ilegal representative, nor to~any named beneficiary herein.

INCAPACITY OR INCOMPETENCY OF GRANTOR

During such period that Grantor is sole Trustee, or
ii during such period that Grantor is a Co-Trustee with such person,

corporate or individual, nominated by Grantor pursuant to Article

THIRD hereof, or during such period when a person or persons,
whether corporate or individual, other than Grantor, is or are ,
