the original certifying doctors or by any other two (2) duly
licensed doctors of inedicine, apnroved by the independent or

LOSS OF GRANTOR'S RIGHTS WHILE INCAPACITATED OR INCOMPETENT

During such period of time that Trustee is in

1;possession of an apparently proper and effective court order
-~~ruling Grantor to be physically or mentally incompetent to act on

~;her own behalf, or is in possession of the three (3) 'Certifi-
;
~ ''cate(s) of Incapacity", as provided for in~Article FOURTEENTH
~
; i aforesaid, at least two (21 of which are not revoked, any attempt
I
; ~;by Grantor to exercise any reserved rights"and powers under this
~
~ ,;;Trust Agreement, including, but not by way of limitation, the
,
~ ;!right of modification, revocation, amendment, withdrawal of ~
~=principal and/or income, or the sale of principal of the trust ~
~
;;estate, nomination of Trustee, or change of beneficiary of any
;iinsurance policy subject to or payable to this Trust Agreement,
,
~:shall be void and during such period of time this Trust Agreement i
~
~~shall be irrevocable and not amendable; provided that during such
fiperiod of time that Grantor is incapacitated as hereinabove
.

referred to Grantor shall have the power to appoint to any

li person, including her~estate, any and all assets of the trust
estate upon her death, but only by specific reference to said
