if Upon the death of Grantor, Grantor's spouse, WILLIAM E.

~~MORROW if surviving and available, and NATIONAL BANK OF DETROIT,

!~a National Banking Corporation of Detroit, Michigan shall become
~~Successor Co-Trustees. If Grantor's spouse, WILLIAM E. MORROW is
; or becomes unavailable for any reason then NATIONAL BANK OF ~

~DETROIT shall become the sole Successor Trustee; provided,
ihQwever that if Grantor's spouse WILLIAM E. MORROW sha11 cease to

~~determined to be incapacitated or incompetent for such purposes,

' ;~Article FIFTEENTH above shall be construed as applying in all
(respects to Grantor's said spouse, WILLIAM E. MORROW while he is
