The Trustee shall have the right to resign at any time

~~a Successor Trustee, who may be an individual.

~ A. Situs. The trusts herein provide+d shall be ad-

~~ministered and this Agreement shall be con.strued in accordance

i;with the laws of the State o£ Michigan.
'i B. Construction, operation or modification. In any

;~proceeding involving the construction, operation or modification
~iof this Agreement, the then living beneficiary or beneficiaries

~~to whom income is currently payable or for those whose benefit it
;~may currently be expended shall represent any unknown or un-
~idetermined'beneficiaries, and any order, judgment or decree
