IGrantor's spouse shall have obtained a valid decree of divorce
1prior to the death of the Grantor and shall not thereafter have
remarried each other, the Grantor's spouse shall be deemed not to
have survived the Grantor.
D. Common Disaster. In the event the Grantor's
' death and that of Grantor's spouse sha13 a~~ui as th~ r2su~t cf :
common disaster and there shall be insufficient evidence that
Grantor's spouse and the Grantor diec~ otherwise than simul-
~~taneously, Grantor's spouse shall be considered to have
~ ~ predeceased the Grantor.
E. Election not to register trust under Michigan
'~Revised Probate Code. Pursuant to Michigan Revised Probate Code
section 801(2), ~the Trustee is directed not to register the trust
~ ,with a Probate Court of the State of Michigan. ~
