reference to the Grantor's marriage, shall include adopted
persons and persons who are b~rn alive and survive for fourteen
(14) days after birth.
(3) The terms "trust property", "trust estate" and

~"trust property and estate" may be used interchangeably
throughout this Trust Agreement and shall include all of the
I property subject to any one or more, including all, of the trusts

B. The Trustee is hereby vested with full and

~ complete title to all of the property and estate embraced within
~fthe trust hereof, both as to the principal and income, subject ,
~ only to the execution of the truats hereof; and further (subject '

~ always to the rights, powers and grants to Grantor's spouse as
provided in the Marital Trust) neither the principal nor the

i income shall'be subject to any conveyance, transfer,~ or assign-

- l~ments, or be pledged as ~ecurity for any debt of any beneficiary
;~thereof and shall not be subject to any claim of any creditor,

~ ' spouse, divorced spouse or of any other per~on of any such

.;beneficiary, through legal process or atherwise, and any at-
~~tempted sale, anticipation, assignment or pledge of any of the

iiprincipal or income held in any such trust by such beneficiaries,
l~or any of them, shall be null and void, and shall not be
i recognized by Trustee.

~i attributed to events occurring, or to circumstances or factors ~
arising, subsequent to Grantor's death and not shown by this
