~'international social political or economic upheaval of major

consequence= any nationa~ a~ international calamity ~r catas-
trophe or any action, including Iegislation on the part of any

~~governmental authority, which would defeat the purpose of any ;
~~trust, and the Trustee shall so direct, any trust shall, notwith-
~~standing any of the provisions of this Trust Agreement to the ~

~icontrary, cease and terminate on a date to be fixed by the ~
. '~Tru~tee, and upon the date so fixed for the termination of any
i
~?trust, the property then comprising the trust estate of the trust
~~so terminated shall be distributed by the Trustee to the income
?;beneficiary or beneficiaries in the same proportions as said
f: ,
~;property would have bPen distributed in the event Grantor'~ death
;;had occurred on the aforesaid date fixed by the Trustee, without
~
±;intervention of any trust terms. ~

D. Notwithstanding anything elsewhere in this Trust
~ '~Agreement to the contrary, no beneficiary of the trusts hereof,

~~other than the Grantor, shatl have any vested right or interest
_~~in or to any trust estate herein created or in or to any of the

'~"asset$ thereof during the Grantor's lifetime~ and if any one or ~

jlmore of said trusts should be or become invalid, unenforceable,

iiexecuted or otherwise of no force and effect during the Grantor's

°~lifetime, then full arid complete title to all of the assets of
;;any such trust shall forthwith vest in the Grantor and no other

~~person, whether or not herein named or designated, shall have any
~~right to or interest in such assets. .
