ORDER REQUIRING SEPARATE TRIAL
THIS CAUSE came before the Court on February 2, 1987, on
the Motion to Sever filed by the Husband, VICTOR L. CRAIG, after due
notice. On the basis thereof, and in accordance with F1.R.Civ.P.
1.270, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to ~~~~~r be and the
same is hereby granted. All issues pertaining to the validity of
that certain Pre-Nuptial Agreement entered by the parties December 23,
1978 will be tried before the Court separately. When that aspect of
' the case is at issue and ready, the parties shall file their notice
requesting the case be docketed accordingly.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
