above entitled cause has been filed in this cause, and ~ ~

that by said. Manda~e this Court was directed to amend the
Final Judgment of Dissolution in certain respecta and this
Court beinq fu~.ly advised in the premises, it is therefore
, ORD$RED AND ADJUDGSD as followas •
1. T~e Fi.nal Judgment, Dissolution of Marriage,
entered in the above entitled cause on Decetnber 11, 1986
be and the same is hereby amended i~n the following respects:.
A. The first section of Paragraph 7 shall
be amended to read as followss

children are granted the exclusive use and
possession of the marital home located at 120
