Section "(c)" of Paraqraph 7 PROPSRTY,
~hall be amended to read as followas •
"(c) The Husband shall be responsible £or,

for repair to the marital home in excesa of $300
so lonq as the Wife has exclusive posaession."
C. Paragraph 8. ~LIMONY, is amended to
read as followss
"8. ALIMONY. The Wife's reqaest for
permanent periodic alimony is granted and the
Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of One
Dollar ($1.00). The Court specifically reserves
jurisdiction in this matter to consider additional
• periodic alimony in the future, permanent or,
rehabilitative, should it subsequently be
. determined that the financial ability of the
Huaband is different than as represented by him

to the trial court, or should the Wife s future
. need for either be established."
~ D. Paragraph 10. LIFE ~ZNSURANGE shall
be amended to read as follows:
"10. LIFE INSURANCE. The Husband shall
maintain insurance on his life in an amount of
not less than $100,000 with the children as `'~he
irrevocable beneficiaries thereof."
. 2. Al1 other provisions of the Final Judginent
entered on December 11, 1985 shall remain in full force
and effect.
