THIS CAUSE having come on befoxe the court on JANAURY 12 , 1987, on the
Petitioner's Mot3on for Enforcement and Contenrpt and the Court having considered the
pleadings, affidavite and other papers filed herein and being otherWise fully and well
advised in the premises, the Court finds and determiaes as followa:
1. That the Respondent has and has had the ability to pay the ordered child
support.
2. That the Departmeat of Aeslth and Rehabilitative Services Withdraws its
request for adjudication of contempt, it is therefore
ORDERSD AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent ia in arrears in the smount of
$ 100.00 as of JANUARY 12 , 19 87, and is hereby ordered to pay $25.00 per
WEEK on said axrearage, beginning JANAURY 12 , 19 87. This payment shall be
in a ition to the current child support payment whic has been ardered by this Court in
the amount of $ 20.00 per WEEK , plus atatutorq fee in the amount of
$ 1.00' for a total of 21.00 per WEEK All payments shall be made in ~
cash, money order or cashier s check. All money orders and caehier's checke sh~31 bear
the paqee's name and Social Security number and shall be made payable to the CLERR OF
CIRCUIT COtTRT, and sent to: .

aad Employment Security ahall deduct and withhold from the Unemployment Compensation
otherwise payable to the Respondent 50~ of the Unemployment Compensation or the auaunt
of child support as ordered above Whichever equals the greater amount. It is further

~ due and unpaid. This order aupercedes aad replacea all prior enforcement and contempt
