THIS CAUSE was heard on Februarv 9 , 198Z and upon the Motion for
Enforcement and Contempt filed herein by the Petitioner, and the Court having been :
fully and well advised in the premises, and having found that the Respondent, has had
in the past and now has the financial ability to comply with the order of this Court
and failed to do so and the Court being otherwise fully and well advised in Che
premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that the Obligor/Respondent, JORGE PABLO VEGA , having
been present in open court in person, is guilty of willful corixempt of this Court for
failure to comply with the lawful orders of this Court concerning child support
payments in the an4ount of $ gqR_q~ , amount due as of ~~~y~_o , 198~, and
he is adjudged in contempt of this Court and it is ;
ORDERED ANB ADJUDGED that for his contempt the Respondent ahall be confined i
in the St. .,~tp County Jail, Fnr , Florida, for a period of ~
days, that the sentence of contempt is auapende conditioned upon. commencing on
arch i~ , 198~ the Respondent shall paq to the Clerk of Circuit Court of thia

Respondent to make payment in full of the aforesaid amount, the Petitioner shall file

ALL AN~ SINGULAR THE SRERIFFS OF FLORIDA are ordered to take into custody the
above-named Respondent as soon as he can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of
SY__ T.itria County, Florida, for execution of the above described ~udgement and
sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall be promptly notified of his
arrest. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and is hereby
ordered to forward said arrearage payments received from the Obligor/Respondent until
- the above arrearage is paid in full to Department af Health and Rehabilitative
Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee,
Florida, 32304. Said current support payment shall be sent by the Clerk of Circuit
Court to the Department of Heal~h and RehabiliCative Services unless a Notice has been
or is filed by the Depart~ent of Health and Rehabilitative Services directing said
payment to the Obligee. It is further ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED pursuant to Section 443.051, Florida Statutes (1985) ~nd
Section 462(e) of Title IV-A of the Social Security Act that the Department of Labor
and F.~aployment Security ahall deduct and withhold from the Unemploymeat Compensation ~
other~ise payable to the RespondenC 50X of the Unemployment Compensation or the anount ,
of child support ss ordered above whichever equals the greater amount but does not ~
exceed the court ordered support amount. This Une~ploqment Compeneation deduction ~
order shall be in addition to. not in lieu of, all other remediee provided herein or
hereafter. It ia further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this order includes all past arrearages vhich ~
remain due and unpaid. This order supercedes and replaces all prior enforcement and '
contempt orders which are of no further force and effect.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Obligor shall pro~ptly notify the Clerk of Court of
