THIS CAUSE was heard on February 9 , 198L and upon the Motion for -
Enforcement and Contempt filed herein by the Petitioner, and the Court having been
~ fully and well advised in the premises, and having found that the Respondent, has had
in the past and now has the financial abilitq to comply With the order of this Court
and failed to do so and the Court being otherwise fully and well advised in the
premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that the Obligor/Respondent,. FF TUMBLIN , having
been present in open court in person, is guilty of ~rl.llful contempt o this Court for -
failure to comply with the lawful orders of this Court concerning child support
payments in the amount of 95p.20 , amount due as of February 9 , 198Z, and
he is ad~udged in contempt of this Court and it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for his contempt the Respondent shall be confined
in tl~e Gr _ i,t,~,{ P County Jail, Fort P{erce , Florida, for a period of
days, that the sentence of contempt is suspended conditioned upon.commencing on
198~ the Respondent shall pay to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this
county he amount of $ per W~_, plus statutory fee in the amount of
S~ nn - for a total of , until the above arrearage +amount is fully ~
~ paid. This arrearage payment shall be in addition to the current child support payment

~ Respondent to make payment in full of the aforesaid amount, ~he Petitioner shall file
with the Clerk-of Court an Affidavit, supported by the Clerk's records, and an Order of

' ALL AND SINGULAR THE SAERIFFS OF FLQRIDA are ordered to take ~nto custody the
above-named Respondent as soon as he can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of
St_ i.»r~e Countq, Florida, for execution of the above describe~ judgement and
sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall be promptly notified of his
arrest. It is•further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and is hereby
ordered to forward said arrearage payments received from Che Obligor/Respondent until
the above arrearage is paid in full to Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahaesee,
Florida, 32304. Said current support payment shall be sent by the Clerk of Circuit
Court to the Departmeut of Health and Rehabilitative Services unless a Notice has been
or is filed by the Department of Sealth and Rehabilitative Services directing eaid
payment to the Obligee. It ie furthez . ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED pursuant to Section 443.051, Florida Statutes (1985) and
,
Section 462(e) of Title IV-A of the Social Security Act that the Department of Labor ~
and Employment Security shall deduct and withhold from the Unemployment Com~ensation ~
othervise payable to the Respondent SOX of the Unemployment Co~pensation or the amount ~
of child support as ordered above whichever equals the greater amount but does not
exceed the court ordered support amount. This Unemployment Compensation deduction ~
order shall be in addit~on to, nat in lieu of, all other remedies provided herein or ~
hereafter. It is further ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this order includes all past arrearages which
remain due and unpaid. This order aupercedes and replaces all prior enforcement and ~
contempt orders Which are of no further force and effect.
