' ~ . a • ~ ' ~ ~ (2} Tne permittee shall submit written notice and photog~aphs oP completed mitigation to the Plenning Oivision within Len (i0~ days after completion of mitige~ion. The Planning Oivfsion shall determine mitigation compliance through inspection at approximately one (1) and two (2) year intervals ~from the date oP receipt of the written notiticatSon. (3) It inspection efter one (1) year's tfine indicates less tnan seventy t70) percent growtn coverage ~or non-salt marsn restoration, creation or enhancement, or indicates non-compliance with other mitigation permit contlitions, the Planning Oiv,ision snall noLity tne permittee of such condition(s) and tr~e permittee may take corrective action upon approval by the Planning Oivision. Any corrective ection shall comply with Sections 1-7.6-36 anci 1- 7.6-37. (4) It inspection aPter two (2) year's time aoes ~ot - indicate seve~ty (70) percent grorrth coverage for non-salt marsh restoration, ennancement or creation, or does not indicate compliance with other mitigation permit conditions, then the permittee shall be notifieo oP sucn condition(s) and the security posted pursuant to Section 1-7.6-28(4) shall be used Por corrective action. Gorrective action shali comply with Sections 1-7.6-36 and 1-7.6-37 unless otner conciitions are appraved by the Planning Oivision.
