(5) A person shall provide photos of ribbon-markeci trees,
botn bePore and after selective trimmfng or pruning. The Planning
Division shall determfne whether each tree or only the extent oP
the proposed trfmmfng or pruning area needs to be markecl with
' ribbons. Each photo shall include a yar~stick in inches along one
f tree ~o be used as a scale. Photo(s) taken betore s~lective
~ trimming and pruning shall be submitted witn the application, antl
the general location of each ribbon-marked tree, and the extent of
i the proposed trim ming or pruning, iP applicable,~ snall be
~ identiPied on a sketcn map. Photo(s) taken aPter selective
trim ming or pruning shall be submftted within thirty (30) days of
trimming or pruning. Rfbbons shall remain on the trees Por
seventy-five (75) days. -
-(6) Any final action or inactio~ of the Planning Oivision
~ may be appealed to the Board in writing, a0dresseci to the County
Administrator~ within thirty (30) days from tne date of final
action by tne tlivision or after thirty (30) oays of inaction by
the division, as appropriate.
